interesting observation about themes. i noticed that when i changed my active theme, the WSOD stopped. which leads me to think the issue is that specific theme– or some incompatibility between that theme and WP or some plugin.

btw, the WSOD was accompanied by unusually long load times.

also, this did not follow a WPAU, just a fresh install to which i had started adding a bunch of plugins.

I just noticed that Irene’s blog gives a blank page as well; I wonder if she upgraded recently.

Yes, she did upgrade the day before yesterday, but the blog worked after the upgrade… Until yesterday evening that is.
