ANTLR grammar for XKB, and Relax NG schema (draft)

Ακολουθώντας το παράδειγμα του Δημήτρη για συνοπτική ενημέρωση των πεπραγμένων, Πρόσθεσα τις μεταφράσεις του Γιάννη Κατσαμπίρη στο SVN του GNOME.
